How does Filtero Smart-Bottle work?
The Filtero Smart-Bottle uses UV technology to clean your water and bottle at the touch of a button. The bottle intelligently turns on every 2 hours to clean the water you put inside as well as the inside of the bottle.
Will the smart-bottle keep the water cold?
Yes, the insulated bottle will keep cold water chilled for up to 24 hours.
Does the Filtero Smart-Bottle have a warranty?
Filtero offers a 1-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from our website and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.

What is Filtero's Return Policy?
We would be happy to accept returns of any unused Filtero product* (excluding charging cables and personalized Filtero Bottles) in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Complimentary returns are available in the United States and Canada. Please reach out to us and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
Limited Edition/Gift Sets: You can return any Filtero Bottle as long as it fits our Return Policy. Please note, if the set is not returned in full, the promotional discount will no longer be applicable. For questions regarding returns on Limited Edition Sets/Gift Sets, reach out to us thru email
*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. Filtero will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can make changes to frequency or cancel your subscription at anytime. Please note that canceling your subscription will forfeit any special pricing on your subscription (i.e. if you signed up during a promotion, or grandfathered-in pricing). This means that in the case that you re-subscribe after canceling, you may not be able to recover the same special pricing you had previously.
